Among thirteen contestants selected by judges, five became the Continental Queen winners. Miss Belarus became Miss World Europe 2018, Miss Jamaica became Miss World Caribbean 2018, Miss Uganda became Miss World Africa 2018, Miss Mexico became Miss World American 2018, and Miss Thailand became Miss World Asia and Oceania 2018.
