‘At age eight, my mother took me to a psychologist. At that time, I already loved being around girls. I felt like one of them, and I had a collection of dolls,’

Eventually, at the age of 10, she changed her name to Valentina.

For now, the 22-year-old model is studying Architecture.

Her phenomenal work happened not even a year after the chief marketing officer of the L brand, and Ed Razek cited disapproval of transgender and plus-sized models in Victoria’s Secret fashion show. Only, after he apologized for his comments, the controversy settled down.

Interestingly, being a member of VS is not the first feat for Valentina, she had accomplished her first milestone back in 2017. She became the first trans lady to be featured in Vogue Paris.
