George HW Bush, 41st US President Dies at 94

Former 41st US President, George HW Bush passed away at 94 years old, his son announced. He served from 1989 to 1993. According to an Insider, his health deteriorated in recent years.

The former US president passed away at 22:10 local time this Friday, his family representative spoke. Moreover, he was admitted to hospital in April because of a blood infection. His wife Barbara died just seven months before.

His son, George Bush Junior said:

‘Jeb, Neil, Marvin, Doro, and I are saddened to announce that after 94 remarkable years, our dear Dad has died. “[He] was a man of the highest character and the best dad a son or daughter could ask for.’

Tributes have been pouring for the former US president. The prime minister released a statement regarding his death:

‘Today Britain remembers a great statesman and a true friend of our country. We send our deepest condolences to the American people and to the family he leaves behind.’

Death Cause and Funeral Details

Former US President passed away on 30th November 2018. He was suffering from a blood infection and was admitted to hospital several times. The cause of death has not been disclosed yet; however, is presumed as a natural death.

Jim McGrath, the family spokesman, announced that funeral would be arranged ‘as soon as is practical.’
